Veritaserum and the dead rising

So one day Ron ran into Harry's office and told him to get chairs and veritaserum. Then Ron brings a lot of people into Harry's office. Harry stands there frozen because people who died 16-18 years back. But two people out of all of them catch his eye HIS PARENTS.
