When 17 year old Karissa Kane moves with her family back to her hometown, High peaks, She meets the friendly little town still the same. She meets Bethany, who claims to be her childhood best friend and Philip, her cousin.
When she notices strange happenings in the town an old woman in the village doesn't seem to have aged since she last saw her and she reads an article about the town's disturbing history, she begins to question High peaks origin.
She wasn't drawn to this ghost town for a vacation , that's for sure
