After Elizabeth's two cockatiels, Pear and Mika, began to open up to each other, her budgie, Bluey, was left out. However, he is in for a surprise when Elizabeth's mom's friend gives her their female budgie: Angie.

Angie has spent the last three years in a cage, but how will she react in her new environment? What is her personality like? When she meets Bluey, will Elizabeth herself be left out, or will Bluey make time for both?
