Estella Brandy, a strong, brave six year old girl that was left alone to die in the apocalypse by her mother. Thinking that she wouldn't be able to survive with a child, she took off in the middle of the night and left Estella alone. However, Daryl Dixon, a redneck that had been spending all of his time looking for a missing little girl, finds her in her house. Scared, alone, with nothing but her dog for protection. He takes her back to the rest of his group, thinking that they would take care of her. What he wasn't expecting was for the girl to get attached to him, and himself to get attached to her.
