Inara Stone is a girl just trying to get through life. She has always struggled with being a new adult. Now, being 19, she has no one to turn to. She never got the proper guidance into what it took to be in the real world. To be honest she mostly bullshited her way into being an adult. She is figuring out all the ins and outs herself, though she longs for someone to be there to guide her and help her grow. To take care of her and cherish her. Oh, how she misses being a little. Beckham Bowman is what you could call a hardheaded man. He grew up in the slums and made a name for himself. He has learned to always keep a distance from those around him until he feels like he can trust them. To those not close to him he can seem scary and threatening, but to those who are close and know him they understand his true nature. Hurt by his childhood and always expecting the worst of those around him he pushes many away, but those who get close see his soft and caring nature. Don't get him wrong though, you get on his bad side and those days fighting for his life in the slums will show through. But to be able to care for someone, to have someone to rely on him and look to him for guidance. God, he misses being called daddy. What will come of these two when they meet through a tragic event?
