Chapter 1: Prologue

A year later after the events of Batman: Super Soldier, Isaac Bishop, AKA Red Eye is back. And this time, he's with Batman in Arkham Asylum. Joker has taken control of the Asylum with his goons. Isaac and Batman need to work together in order to regain control of the Asylum. But they also face and defeat the other villains besides Joker. Can they success, or fail?
