Ever since Terry Riendhardt and the Dark Avengers left the world, a young boy wants to show both heroes and villains what he's made of. He found a morpher which can turn him into a Power Ranger made of pure Morphing Grid energy. He will travel around the Omniverse to prove that he is the STRONGEST POWER RANGER ALIVE. He will hunt down both heroes and villains, no matter which side they're on.
