Ever since Alex Jonah, Anti-League and DarKaiju Warriors left the planet, a teenage boy who wants to destroy all heroes and villains to show them what he is made of. He found an Ultimate driver known as Primordial Driver that can transformed into all Era Heroes: Showa, Heisei & Reiwa Riders and Daikaijus. He will travel around the Universe face-to-face to claim both titles known as DESTROYER OF THE UNIVERSE AND KING OF KAMEN RIDERS & DAIKAIJU WARRIORS! He will hunt all heroes and villains down, it doesn't matter which side they are on.
