Something's very wrong with Marcus Cain. He's been having horrible, debilitating nightmares lately...ever since he stopped taking his special medicine. Each night he dreams he is someplace far and distant, but how distant? As a survivor of a heart surgery operation when he was just a young boy, he believes that the powers of Destiny are on his side.
