In Santa Monica, in the year 1959, sweet Jisoo and cheeky Taehyung fall in love and enjoy an unforgettable summer at the beach. When they go back to school, they discover that they go to the same school.

Taehyung leads the Bangtan Boys gang, a group obsessed with cars, leather jackets and grease. Jisoo, on the other hand, is part of the BlackPink group, formed by vain and scrupulous girls.

When the two reunite, Jisoo realizes that Taehyung is not the same person she fell in love with, and both need to change if they want to be together.
