AUTHOR'S NOTE

Existing was my punishment for being nosy. Living in a world where I didn't have a beating heart, my skin was pale and ice cold, where I lusted after blood was a punishment I had to pay for. After all, not only once but twice, I had stuck my nose into the vampire world. Just a few months ago I was happy to be alive. Now, I'm a stone creature who wishes I were truly dead.
