Description
Roseanna "Rose" Truscott is the aunt of Lilly Truscott. Roseanna is also the girlfriend of Robby Stewart. She's a librarian at the public library. She's been living with Robby, Miley and Jackson after a year or two. Miley and Jackson gets along with Roseanna who was like a mother figure towards the two of them. Roseanna helps Miley picking out outfits for Hannah Montana. She helps Jackson with his homework. She knows she's not replacing Susan their mother who was her best friend since teenage years when Roseanna went to Texas in her teenager years. Robby knows that Roseanna isn't replacing his late wife Susan. But there's gonna be a few disagreements and arguments between the couple but they will always love each other.
