Prologue

At a very young age, Gino Romualdez suffered from a heart disease which caused him to be very careful for his life. All of his dreams were slowly crashing down, all of his plans for himself and for her Ate Sabrina, disappeared. He felt everything he ever wanted was taken away from him all at once. But Vanilla Mallari, never allowed that to happen. For her first love, she is willing to do everything. She's willing to take all the pain away for the sake of his happiness.

For years, he convinced himself that he will survive, that he will live for he doesn't want to leave the people he loves. But fate's really unfair, after all the struggles one thing's for sure; Gino is willing to do everything, whatever it takes; for he doesn't want to make his dreams just be dreams.
