This book is of different health conditions, whether mental or physical. I am not a licensed professional or anything like that in this, all information comes from research and any personal experience I or participants have been through.

The book used to be called "Mental Disorders/Disabilities Awareness Book"; however, I decided to change it, so it includes all sorts of health matters. This book is to spread awareness of disorders, disabilities, syndromes, and more.
