This is a book I've been writing. I'll release one chapter a week...it's hard to describe it without any spoilers...but I'll try.

In the crime riddled streets of Port De Lebeau, a city in the island of Belle Croix, black children have been disappearing for years. The people have become numb to the disappearances. But who is taking them and why? The crooked cops? The Marassa? The fabled Mamwati? Nobody knows. Our main character, Simone, however is about to find out that she isn't who she thinks she is.
