Chapter One: The First Letter

Kate Falls is tired of her plain, boring, normal life. She wants adventure, to live the stories she loves to read about. So when she finds a mysterious letter on her doorstep, addressed to someone who - apparently - lives at her house, she sets about finding the truth. But the truth is never what she expects, and soon her life is turned upside down - but that's just what she'd always hoped for, right?
