Escape from Konoha

Before the battle with the Nine Tail Fox. Minato discovered that his hero the second Hokage abandoned the Uzushio to its fate of destruction. His thought was if the Uzumaki were no more than he'd have the only blood line that could truly hold the Fox demon in check. After discovering that there were some survivors that had made it to a small island kingdom that was slowly growing in power he attempted to get Kakashi, Kushina, and their soon to be newborn to this country Land of Sun.
