I underestimated the flowers which bloomed beneath my feet with each word we exchange. The white, light petals that bloomed with a loving aura but only choked me in despair when the end came. The end of me, the end of you, the end of us.

The end of us was the one thing I feared, it was the one thing I feared most.

But one second of vulnerability gives your enemy a chance to strike, and the thought of our miscommunicated love let the flowers spread into my lungs while I struggle for even a sip of air.

I don't think I can survive without you with me, not ever.
