Midoriya Izuku can see ghosts. In fact, he's been chained to Ghosts and death itself. Even with being able to see more people than the average person, he still has less friends than the average too.

He lives a life through loneliness, until the results of death come strolling around again.

(Aka, Midoriya can see Ghosts. Midoriya makes friends and becomes chained with said Ghosts.)
