Izuku Midoriya and Ochako Uraraka were born quirkless as they were abused by their own parents. They had zero friends, and had to live under the cloud that they couldn't be heroes... But that's when they discovered...

They were the reincarnations of Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose.

The two of them after this discovery would leave their houses and become vigilantes for the next two years, but this would drag the attention of some of Japan's Heroes as they wanted to bring the two of them into the UA Hero Program...
