Title and Dedication

The year is 1965, just a month before US involvement in the Vietnam War. McCarthyism is in decline but anti-communisitic propoganda still continues on.

Suddenly, a weather report indicates a cyclone approaching continental America, making people (and states) to prepare for its arrival. However, it isn't anykind of cyclone as soon as it approaches the mainland, it's all gone just like a flick of a finger.
