Description
Joanne "Joey" Fletcher is your average journalist...with a not-so-average heart disease that threatens her life. Well, she knows how to keep it under control, but she's under the constant limitations of medications. The one thing that brings her comfort is knowing that she's in good hands: her doctor has taken care of her ever since she was a child and knows exactly how to handle her disease. But everything is flipped upside down when he recommends her to a new doctor in Chicago, Dr. Gavin Beckham, who also happens to be young, incredibly attractive, and a huge flirt. That doesn't put Joey at ease, though, when she's struggling to be comfortable with putting her life in a new doctor's hands.
