A strange meteor crashes in Japan, causing 70% of the population to have supernatural powers and 30% of the population to remain the same (have no powers). A shy highschool teenager, Kaaru Kagawa steps up to the plate to become a hero after his parents died when he was four. With the help of his fire powers, Kaaru is ready to find the murderer that killed his parents and to change the world by stopping the people who abuse their new powers. But things went wrong when trying to do so.
