She really tries her best to be a shoulder for her friends to cry on, as one is head-over-heels for Sirius Black (and that itself requires therapy). Now it's her sixth year at Hogwarts and Odette is still trying her best, despite the war raging around them, her father becoming someone she does not recognize, and secrets about her late mother's life coming to light. The world around her and her friends is crumbling, and everyone is racing to fix it. However, in the midst of the fear and disaster is a silver lining that comes in the form of a very tall Gryffindor boy who smells of chocolate, and has messy hair and his head permanently stuck in a book.
