It is time everyone gets a pair of glasses so they can understand the methods narcissistic abusers use to gain control in a relationship. The one using these techniques may not even be aware that they are using them. These steps are very organic in nature, Albeit, toxic. My hope is that through the pages of this book, this toxic behavior will be revealed for all to see. Then we can figure out how to recover from the damage that has resulted.
