The Central Divinity

We are taught and made to believe nothing can create, alter, or destroy concepts in reality such as the concept of reality itself; the idea that we exist in an ever expanding area known as the universe. Well what if there were beings capable of altering such concepts.

And what if there was an entity capable of creating and destroying such concepts such as the concept of fiction and nonfiction. What shall happen when this being of infinite power comes across characters of fictional stories made to entertain those who read or watched it?
