Prologue

Many hundreds of years ago magic did exist. For Raven she knows all too well about magic, without it, she'd be dead. As a newborn she was touched by disease, until a stranger came to town and offered assistance, but at what price? Her parents paid the price and on her 18th birthday it's time to collect. Will the price be too high or will Raven do what she's done her whole life? Follow the rules expected of her or try something new and exciting? Follow her through her journey of fear, heartbreak and of course... Magic.
