Whats wrong with me?

So pretty much its Sonic a couple months after the first movie and he gets sick. I have a feeling this is going to be really bad.... but idk. This is my 1st story and I wrote this like in the middle of the night so yeah I just feel like it's gonna be bad but let me know if you guys think it's good and if I should keep writing this story. I have many more ideas, this is just one that popped into my head. So let me know if you want me to continue this.
