Lelouch Lamperouge, an ordinary transfer student comes in contact with Light Yagami and becomes curious about him. Eager to found out what Light is hiding, Lelouch befriends the boy and doesn't leave his side.

Light, irritated by the boy's constant presence decides to reveal his true motives, saying he's making the world a better place. Having reminded Lelouch of his own reasons for what he did, he decides to join up with the infamous Kira and become his partner in crime!

L Lawliet, who was on the trail of the Kira Case notices the killings double, little does he know that Kira and Zero have joined forces, will he be able to figure out who Kira is and who this mysterious ally was before it's too late?
