Prologue.

What do I do? Of course, I do the only thing I could think of at the moment. I run. I run as fast as I can, and try to hide.

There is no place to hide. I'm in the middle of nowhere, I don't know where I am. My car broke down not too long ago and I had to set off on foot. I must've gotten lost.

I could hear the cackling laughter of whatever it was, that was following me. It seemed as if it was mimicking me, making fun of my distress. How could it know exactly where I had run? I dodge this tree and that, forcing my legs to run even though they felt as if they were about to give away.

With my luck, they do, and I'm sent tumbling down with that thing towering over me, a large grin on its face.
