Introduction to the characters

Russia has gone mentally insane because of a prank by America. He now finds joy in killing and torturing other countries. Every country is at risk.
However, while all this chaos occurs, two countries are building up their relationship.

Updates are mostly random, but I should release at least one part weekly.
