Description
Fairydust and bloodlust don't mix well together. Layken Simokat, the fae owner of a magic shop, loved his quiet life. When a mage drops dead in his shop, he has no choice but to inform the vampire authorities. Before dying, the mage pleads for help and hands him a grimoire, which Layken hides from the vampire detectives who come to collect the body. Layken notices fresh pinpricks in the victim's neck, and he can't help but wonder if a vampire went on a feeding frenzy. When vampire detective, Kellan Lemaire is tasked with solving the dead mage's murder, a trail of clues lead him right back to the little shop owned by the fairy, Layken.
