Prologue

Tsuki Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake are childhood sweethearts and best friends. As life grows harder and more of Kakashi's loved ones are ripped from him, he finds himself pushing Tsuki away until they're strangers again.

Tsuki Uchiha battles with the discovery of her shameful family lineage. She balances on the tightrope of her destiny: succeed her ancestor's history and fulfill his vision or fight for the shinobi world and forge her own path.

As Tsuki and Kakashi grow together, they discover that love is not easily cast aside, and destiny is nonnegotiable.
