ΡΠ½Ρ βΟΒ’ΡΟΡ wasn't himself when he landed his TARDIS in London, England in the 2030s. He was newly regenerated after the Time War and was still grieving. He thought he kept the TARDIS locked, but someone unexpected stepped in illegally because she was curious. Π²ΡββΡ was punished for her actions, and the Doctor dropped her off in a different time.
