The first time izuku discovered this library, he was injured from his "friend". Luckily a librarian asked him to come inside to treat his wounds. Some were shocked to see an injured child and some asked if he was alright. When izuku told the librarian he was quirkless, they didn't ask him to leave. No, they actually welcomed him.

He came there everyday. People soon started to call him " Library Child". It was a safe space for him. The people there are his friends, just a bit older.

If he knew that he would find a book that contained something so amazing.
