The real truth is that Izuku knows who is dad is, they just don't contact each other for obvious reasons. His father was a villain and he was a hero in training. But what was the sad truth of why Hisashi (All for one) did all that he did? It wasn't to have power over everyone, or have everyone under his control and command. What if Hisashi wanted Izuku to be a hero and not seen as what his farther was seen as. Hisashi Saw himself as a vigilante but others saw him as a heartless, evil, powerful villain. All might just stood in the way of him showing and telling why he's doing what he's doing. Hisashi his happy that Izuku got into UA and is on the track of being a hero.
