Kenji Hisashi Kaslana graduated from military school and started his first-ever mission where he was on a plane going to his task until his aircraft was shot down by an unknown person or... thing. He woke up in front of a female person name 'Marian', the two of them surrounded by war robots called 'Raptures'

Met two other Nikkes named 'Rapi' and 'Anis'. the group prepares to defeat the raptures like they always do try to protect their new Commander. But little to them, Kenji have a new goal and that goal is to save them and the world from Raptures.
