On the night of the magical mer-moon, Coral, the cousin of Skye, comes to the Lookout, wanting the Paw Patrol to come to Puplantis. But when Matthew meets the King of Puplantis, the Paw Patrol learn that one of their enemies has a secret heritage that no one was supposed to know about.
