Part one: The sleepover Ch1: Lucy

Natsu has been in love with Lucy for as long as he can remember. Since 5th grade he has sworn to himself to protect her at all costs, but she can't know who he is until he's ready. He puts on this facade to hide from her. But he's finding it harder and harder to keep his other life a secret when she already knows everything about him. He doesn't think that his heart could take it if he lost her, but is he ready to show her who he really is? And is her heart ready to mend and move on from the past?

The story is told through both Natsu and Lucy's points of view. None of these Characters are mine.
This is my version of the school AU and in this story Lucy's Dad actually has a heart and isn't a pathetic excuse for a father so.
