Chapter 1

Every group of friends had an oddball. Well, that was 16 year old Isabelle, the Quiet One. She thought she was living a normal life but when an earthquake strikes in her home town of San Jose, it all comes crumbling down. IsabeIle has fear beyond imaginable, and to make it worse, debree hit her on the head and she blacked out. After what seemed like hours of darkness, Isabelle awakes to a dozen strangers staring down at her. With a million questions running through her mind, Isabelle was about to find out what her mom had not told her about her dad. Or what she really was. But, will she be able to take the shocking truth?
