Prologue

Sanctuary was the new government. It protected. It provided aid. And above all else, it was never wrong in its rulings. All that it did was for the betterment of its country, for its people. Even the creation of hellish beings called Hydra, whose only purpose was to "keep the peace." Even the execution of the Hydras' creators, who started to think too much for themselves. But, what is life without second chances? Even a second chance at life?
Azrael was the leader of these creators, and now he has one last chance to save his friends and one last chance to take down this new world. He already knows the secrets; he knows what awaits him should he fail. Now, all he needs to do is succeed.
