Part One

The newly-crowned Empress of Japan is kidnapped by a strange group of people who are holding her for ransom- with one being enraged at her policies regarding an Ozempic-like drug, and one who wants to write a screenplay about her life. (loosely inspired by David Letterman blackmailer) They take advantage of her insecurities and trauma, intentionally weakening her. Can Pearl find her, or will the Empress gather the strength to save herself?

The sequel to The Prince and the Pearl, this time focusing on the turbulent reign of Empress Sadako. Not sure where I'll go with this, but I'll update as soon as I find out lol.
