Description
Situated in the centre of Death Valley curiously lies a Berkshire town with its occupants trapped and imprisoned inside with no outside help or escape. The townspeople may be subjected to the entertainment of children's programs and puppet programs, but the revelations around this suggest disturbing intentions from the Ventriloquist of the town. He and his puppet-like people see fit that the townspeople remain trapped and under his dominion... The Sixth Doctor and Mel arrive in this gloomy town to find the people terrified of the Vetriloquist's power. As the Doctor and his friends investigate deeper into these mysteries, the answer to this strange happening comes as a result of a revolting experiment being conducted by the sinister Ventriloquist. With no help from the inside, the Doctor must strike out into the nothingness of Death Valley to find answers.
