Some time has passed since Ladybug avenged her beloved Spider-Man's death and became the current Fall Maiden. However, this didn't go unnoticed by the Union Headmasters, who decided to plan an ultimatum against the Earthrealm's Heroes, who now must fight in a new tournament to end all tournaments.
