In this story Marilyn wasn't the one who was in control of the Hyde, it was Valerie Kinbott. Principal Weems soon figures out how hard being principal can be with a student named Wednesday Addams running around trying to solve the murders. It turns out Marilyn was just the person Principal Weems needed.
