Sara has just broken up with Joe and has finally confirmed her feelings for Oliver. She isn't quite ready to express them yet though. It's the end of the school year and graduation is just around the corner. Oliver and Sara must find a way to confront their feelings for each other as they go through the phases of life ahead of them.
