Rules + Fandoms [Updated! #1]

Hiya everyone, Chloe Riversong here. I decided to fix some issues with the older fandom list that I had going on with my rules since I prefer keeping those two things together, the rules that I have didn't need to fix or whatever, it was just the fandom list that was giving me an issue. Anyways, I hope you enjoy it!
