All Geun Hye-Jin has ever wanted in life is to do well, be happy, and make her parents proud. With her older brother Ho-Jin studying to become a lawyer and her younger sister Su-Jin having been at the top of her class for months, she's easily overlooked and ignored. As she prepared for her high school years to begin, however, she had faith that things would get better and was ready to enjoy some of the most important years of her life. That is, until, she wanders into class one day and comes face to face with someone from her past, someone she was hoping to never see again... Choi Seo-Jun. He doesn't seem to recognise her at first, though when he does, his reaction is completely different from what she would have expected. Despite it having been a few years since she last saw Seo-Jun, she can't help still feeling hatred towards him for all the pain he'd caused her when she was younger. Still, once they reconnect the two unknowingly start to grow closer, to the point of becoming friends and maybe even something more. Throw her protective best friend Nam Ji-Won into the mix, though, and suddenly, things get a whole lot more complicated...
