Description

Akia Todoroki, the youngest sister of Shoto Todoroki. Frost Fire, her quirk, makes her father say that it reminds him of Touya Todoroki, the eldest brother that died. This causes Endeavor to neglect her. Shoto thinks that becuase Akia's quirk is his two quirks combined in one, that Endeavor favors her more. But he's wrong.
