As Kazuha and Scaramouche are in a relationship together.Heizou, kazuha's "friend" doesn't seem to approve of their relationship more sort of jealous of scaramouche.Heizou has realized how shitty Scaramouche treats Kazuha as his partner.Kazuha seems to just stick to it since he loves scara very much.heizou believes he can be a better boyfriend to kazuha than scaramouche but is afraid of confessing his feelings to kazuha as he(kazuha) is arleady Inlove with scara.
